Mechanical vibration is applied to eliminate air pockets, followed by a strict curing schedule of at least 14 days, monitored by site supervisors. Masonry work is executed with fly-ash bricks or high-strength concrete blocks, utilizing a rich 1:4 cement-sand mortar ratio with clean coarse sand. We incorporate concrete tie bands at window lintels to prevent diagonal wall cracks. Waterproofing barriers are laid at the plinth level to stop rising dampness.
