Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or browsing the website of Swastik Home (https://swastikhome.in), submitting a quote request, or signing a Turnkey Construction Agreement with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Scope of Services
Swastik Home specializes in turnkey civil construction, villa design, structural engineering, structural renovation, and custom interior contracting across Lucknow sectors (including Sushant Golf City, Gomti Nagar Extension, Vibhuti Khand, Aliganj, and Indira Nagar).
Quotations & Cost Estimates
- Initial online cost calculators and preliminary website estimates are indicative only.
- Final contract pricing is formalized strictly after core soil testing, architectural blueprint approval, and signed Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Once a fixed-price agreement is signed, Swastik Home commits to zero unexpected budget inflation, provided the client makes no additions to the agreed scope of work.
Client Responsibilities & Site Clearances
- The client must provide unhindered access to the construction plot, clean boundary demarcation, and temporary water & electricity connections for site execution.
- Clearances from local authorities (LDA, Municipal Corporation) or property title deeds must be verified prior to site excavation.
- Any client-driven delay in approving architectural drawings or selecting finish materials may shift agreed completion deadlines.
Intellectual Property
All contents of this website — including architectural renders, project photographs, masonry floor plans, logos, brand assets, site copy, and structural documentation — are the exclusive property of Swastik Home. Re-publishing, reproducing, or commercially using these assets without express written consent is prohibited.
Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These terms, contracts, and any disputes arising out of or related to our construction services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts situated in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal proceedings.
