Refund & Cancellation Policy

Turnkey civil construction and custom interior projects involve significant advance expenditure on raw material procurement (e.g., UltraTech/ACC cement, Tata Tiscon/Kamdhenu TMT steel, red bricks, sand), specialized labor mobilization, soil testing, and architectural modeling. Therefore, our refund and cancellation policy operates strictly around verified project milestones.

• Initial Design Token (Architectural Phase): Non-refundable once 2D architectural site layouts or 3D elevations have been rendered and submitted to the client.
• Mobilization Advance: Payable upon agreement signing to initiate soil testing, site layout marking, and raw material procurement. If a project is cancelled before site work commences, actual expenses incurred (soil test reports, structural engineer fees) will be deducted before processing any remaining balance.

Swastik Home uses a transparent 6-step milestone billing system linked to tangible civil milestones:

Payments made for completed and verified civil milestones are non-refundable, as work has been physically executed on site.

Either party may terminate a project agreement under the following conditions:

• Written notice must be submitted at least 15 days in advance to corporate management.
• A joint site measurement audit will be performed by our Project Director and the client to evaluate executed work versus payments received.
• If the client has overpaid relative to the measured site progress, the unspent excess will be refunded within 14 working days.
